Over the course of her 30 years of health care experience, Michelle has been a proactive team player working across all three health care sectors in a variety of environments.
Michelle is a multifaceted problem solver with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation governing health activities and the ever-changing landscape of healthcare in Ontario. In each of her most recent positions as Chief of Clinical Programs and Innovation, and Director of Behavioural Supports Ontario at the Alzheimer Society Peel, the Director of Operations at Kerr Street Mission, the Director of Operations, Long Term Care with PrimaCare Living Solutions and her tenure as Senior Program Lead with the MH Local Health Integration Network, Michelle has had the opportunity to operate as a strategic thinker with a vision, to inspire change within organizations through the development and expansion of new partnerships and opportunities. She is known as a strategic thinker with a demonstrated understanding in the process of successful change management resulting in the transformation of various healthcare processes and programs. And has demonstrated success developing, leading and implementing creative operational solutions to address real operational problems.
